I had read Eva Luna. In this book Isabel Allende created a story about a girl who was born in a village where she was taken away from her mother and she was taken to an old house to grow up and be raise there. She started to work in this house as a servant. What Isabel Allende means in this book, for me, is that even when you life would be too hard from the beggining, you have always found something that makes you live better.
Eva Luna was raised in a very special place where the the owner was a scientist who embalm people. In this situation, Eva Luna must adopt to that reality I try to survive as best as possible. No one would even worry about her, so she has to take care of herself.
With the years, Eva Lune must try to maintein her job and also look for something better. That is when she started to tell stories, she just created a story for nothing, so she decided to charge for it.
Even though life is hard to live, you may also enjoy it trough littles things. We as humans being do not worry about how to be happy, we just wake up every day without thinking in that probably someone could die that night and we were not, I think we have to appreciate our life and stop complaining about nothing.
